Modules are a foundational building block of the ships in Particle Fleet: Emergence. They allow ships to interact with the game world.
Every ship has to have a Cockpit. It is a 3x3 module that builds the hull and other modules, accepts and stores energy for the ship, and is the weak point of every ship. If the cockpit is destroyed, the entire ship blows up, regardless of how much of the ship was undamaged.
